Carnival in Los Cristianos
Arona suspends Carnival 2020 due to the evolution of the Covid-19 to guarantee the safety of thousands of neighbors and visitors.
The coordination of the Arona City Council with the health authorities and the provisions emanating from the Canary Islands Executive Committee and the Canary Islands Government Council, have led the corporation to decree the suspension of events that were scheduled to start on March 12 in Los Cristianos. The evolution of the epidemic will establish whether the International Carnival changes its date or is permanently canceled.
